Delivery of Services
A photoshoot booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable 30% deposit is received. You can book a photoshoot with a minimum 24 hours notice via the booking form on my website, please ensure you have contacted me in advance to confirm my availability.
Once you have submitted the deposit and the photoshoot date, time and location is confirmed I’ll then turn up at the designated date, time and location to conduct the photoshoot. At the beginning of the photoshoot the remaining balance will be required in cash before the photoshoot takes place.
After the photoshoot has finnished and everyone is happy, I’ll then send the proofs from the photoshoot by wetransfer.com within 24-48 hours for you to select your favourites for editing. Once you have sent me your favourites for editing I’ll then edit them within 7-14 days and then send you the final edited high-resolution versions.
Any variation to this policy will be clearly displayed on the relevant photoshoot page, such as yacht photoshoots which require the balance to paid no later than 4 weeks before the check-in date.
All websites will be set up within 24-48 hours after your payment has been confirmed as received via the website. Access and login details for the website will then be sent to your order email.
Cancellation & Refunds
I fully understand that things come up and you may need to postpone or cancel a photoshoot. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, but can be used against a booking for another shoot if you re-schedule. You can re-schedule a photoshoot a maximum of one time without forfeiting your deposit by giving 48 hours or more notice. Please note, all flights, accommodation already booked can not be refunded and if necessary would need to paid again if you needed to change the dates. If you cancel completely the deposit can not be refunded. If you are a no-show or give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation the deposit can not be refunded or re-scheduled, you would need to book a new photoshoot as normal.

If you request to cancel the website before the implementation of the website and associated services and before access details have been sent to you, a full refund can be provided. If you wish to cancel after the website has been implemented and the access details have been sent to you, the subscription relating to the website services will be cancelled and your card will not be charged at the next billing date, the original payment can not be refunded.
